Twitter Following Exporter

Export the full list of accounts any X (Twitter) user follows into CSV, Excel, or JSON, using your own X login. Free, no API key.

Enter your own handle or any public account to export who they follow

Note: X may rate limit large exports. Use batch mode for smaller pulls.

How It Works

This tool uses X's web API to fetch the list of accounts a profile follows, for any public profile you can access. The Lection extension runs the request locally in your browser using your existing X session, so your credentials never leave your device.

Use batch mode for quick pulls, or export all to paginate automatically until X stops or you set a max rows limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I export my X (Twitter) following list?
Install the free Lection extension, log into x.com in the same browser, enter your handle, and click Export All. The list downloads as CSV, Excel, or JSON.
Can I export the following list of someone else?
Yes, for any account whose following list you can already see on x.com while logged in. Protected accounts you do not follow stay hidden, as they are on X itself.
Do I need an X account or API key?
You need to be logged in to X in the browser that has the Lection extension. No developer API key is needed, and your login never leaves your device.
What is in the exported file?
Username, display name, profile URL, verified and protected flags, follower and following counts, bio, location, avatar URL, and user ID for every account in the list.
Is there a limit on how many accounts I can export?
Exports stop when X stops returning pages or when you set a max rows limit. X may rate limit very large pulls, so use batch mode for smaller exports. Contact us if you need to go higher.
Why is cursor -1?
X uses cursor tokens for pagination. -1 is the initial cursor, so leave it unless you are resuming a previous export.
